Everyone agrees and applauds, but where's the help? There's still not enough programs. Get this. I'm 27 year old mom of 4 year old. My car just broke down and lost my job because of lack of transpertation. I try to make his deadbeat abusive father responsible and pay for anything. All that I'm left with is his child, my life threatened and him on probation from the domestic charges. I did what I was suppose to. Got him out! Now what???? It cost $450 just to file forms to start child support. I was abonded by everyone. Now what? Give my son away, and die homeless? What do I do??? I have no one. I came from a good home, I was raised republican, Christian with hi standards and ethics. I am now the person I was taught not to be. Not by my choices, but by the choices of people close to me that affected me completely. My life will never be. I'm only 27 and I'm starving, my baby isn't, I've lost 93 lbs, I can't buy clothes, but my baby is dressed, I can not afford cable, but my baby has his favorite movies. Why do I find the strength? When his father is let so loosely off the hook. I can't believe they charge money to file for child support. Don't you think I would have never applied if money was not an issue???? Just venting, this won't help either. Fuck you and fuck me, we're all so truly loved aren't we???
